Audience
All ATSEPs, engineering and technical staff are eligible for participating to this course. To ensure the quality of class interactions and effectiveness of the experiential parts, the maximum number of participants per course is set to 10
Approach
The training course will include exercises and cases specifically adapted to ATSEPs in ATC providers. It is a highly experiential and practical course, engaging the target population in group activities, games and exercises.

Contents
The content is based on the EASA “Annex XIII to ED Decision 2017/001/R”, which
constitutes the Acceptable Means of Compliance (AMC) to EU IR 2017/373 Part-
PERS and is presented as follows:

Paola tomasello

Paola Tomasello (F) is an Aviation Psychologist, recognised as Full member of the European Association for Aviation Psychology (EAAP) and specialised in Occupational Psychology and Psychotherapy. She has been working in Deep Blue since May 2011. Her activities: coordination and technical support to European research studies funded by EU, EUROCONTROL and ENAV concerning the impact of Human Factors on the performance of front-line operators (pilots and air traffic controllers) and aviation safety; design and implementation of e-learning and classroom training programs about Human Factors in Aviation for national and international organizations, including IATA, ESA (European Space Agency), EUROCONTROL, ANACNA (the Italian Association of Air Traffic Controllers), ENAV (the italian ANSP), the Italian AirForce.
She has been working as Lecturer of Human Factors in Aviation for the Giustino Fortunato University since 2016, and as Lecturer of Aviation Psychology and Airline Transportation Pilot License – ATPL(A) theory since 2020. She is author of the first official European guide on stress management in ATM (https://www.skybrary.aero/bookshelf/books/5628.pdf) and of several publications on Italian and international aviation magazines, including Nature-Scientific Reports, about issues related to organizational well-being, work-related stress and the relationship between psychopathology and safety.

Angela donati

Angela Donati master degree in Work Psychology with a specialization in communication, ICF Certified Coach and certified Experiential Trainer.
Angela has been teaching and coaching in several organizational environments such as Esa (European Space Agency), Ferrovie dello stato (national railway company), Eurocontrol – Maastricht UAC. After four years working in the field of behavioral evaluation, in 2012 she specialized in training and coaching with particular attention on group dynamics and team performance.
She has extensive experience in designing and delivering training courses on soft skills, group dynamics, stress, and group facilitation. She has contributed to the design of the HF Training course for Maastricht UAC taking care of the “Communication & Teamwork” and “Stress” modules.
As an experiential trainer, she is experienced in adult learning which involves designing and delivering training in order to facilitate learning and acquisition of new skills in adult life.
